They are not political protesters or disenfranchised youth, but they are just out there using anonymity to carry out acts of violence, vandalism and theft. Hoodies, scarves and masks have all provided this in the London Riots.

These youths, who include Boris Johnson; London's Mayor, 8 and David Camerson; Britian's Prime Minister, 2, as members of Oxford's Bullingdon Club, were also out to wreak havoc using money and positions of privilege that also gave them impunity.
Bullingdon Antics:
Over the coming weeks, as the rioters are stripped of anonymity and face accountability, it may well shock many as to their demographics.
